The main character of the show "Bachelor 14", actor Taras Tsymbalyuk, in his first interview after the final and post-show, spoke about the choice of the winner and personal feelings during the project. The interview was published on January 4 on the Okay Eva YouTube channel.
According to the actor, he consulted with the show's producers about choosing the winner. When three participants remained — Iryna Ponomarenko, Anastasia Polovynkina, and Nadine Golovchuk — he "didn't care who would go on." He noted that he didn't have strong feelings for any of the girls and didn't plan to build a relationship on the project.
Tsymbalyuk added that he and the winner Nadine Golovchuk communicated on the project for a total of about 15 hours, and after filming they only corresponded on social networks. Then the actor wrote to her that there was no point in continuing the communication.
Regarding Anastasia Polovinkina, who had feelings for him during the show, Tsymbalyuk noted that he apologized to her after the project.
The actor also emphasized that he joined the project to develop Ukrainian television, and for each day of filming he received a fee comparable to filming a feature film. He added that the STB channel did not take into account his wishes regarding the participants, and some of the girls were not interesting to him.
At the post-show, it became known that Tsymbalyuk and Nadine Golovchuk did not maintain a romantic relationship after the show ended. The winner stated that she was emotionally exhausted after the project.
