President Volodymyr Zelenskyi initiated an urgent meeting to discuss the issue of illegal departure from Ukraine of persons suspected of corruption crimes and connections with Russian agents. The decision came after reports that suspects in serious crimes who may be involved in corruption schemes or have ties to Russia have left the country unimpeded.
Here is a far from complete list of fugitives:
Artem Dmytruk , a people's deputy, elected from the Servant of the People, a defender of the UOC MP, who fled before he was accused of beating a military officer and a law enforcement officer.

Vladyslav Trubitsyn , a deputy of the Kyiv City Council, a deputy of the Kyiv City Council accused of corruption, who went abroad thanks to a letter from the State Government.
Oleg Gladkovskyi , former first deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, involved in the NABU case.
Ihor Gladkovskyi , son of Oleg Gladkovskyi, involved in the NABU case, left abroad in 2022.
Andrii Dovbenko , a figure in the NABU case, who fled to Great Britain.
Andriy Naumov , ex-head of the Main Directorate of Internal Security of the SBU, who fled to Serbia abroad just hours before the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.
And this is far from the final list. There are also various bloggers, musicians, deputies of local councils and other prisoners.
Most of the heads of law enforcement agencies invited to the meeting (SBU, Ministry of Internal Affairs, SBI, Prosecutor's Office) are coordinated by Yermak Tatarov's deputy.
Whether the "indispensable manager" Tatarov, who should have the most questions, will be at the meeting is not known."
