Acting Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Department in Cherkasy Region, Artem Andrushko, filed a declaration for 2024, in which he indicated cryptocurrency assets, significant cash savings in US dollars, and several real estate properties.
According to the document, Andrushko's total income for 2024 was UAH 1.3 million, of which UAH 567 thousand was his salary at the State Tax Service. The official also declared a cash gift of UAH 205 thousand from Svitlana Martynenko and UAH 525 thousand as income from the sale of movable property to Iryna Kryzhanovska.
Total assets exceed UAH 2.5 million. The property includes a 900 m² land plot in Brovary (purchased in 2015 for UAH 55,000; current market value is estimated at approximately UAH 500,000), an apartment in Kyiv of 49.9 m² (acquired in 2018), and a 3.3 m² non-residential premises in the capital (acquired in 2020 for UAH 37,867).
Separately declared crypto assets: 3,864 USDT (Tether) on the Bybit exchange (equivalent to 160,356 UAH) and 5.31 ETH (Ethereum) on Binance (equivalent to 793,720 UAH). Cash savings — 200 thousand UAH and 31.3 thousand USD. Additionally, 20 thousand USD are indicated, which are “in possession, but without the right to use” — in fact, in the possession of the same Svitlana Martynenko, from whom the gift was received.
The declaration does not list corporate rights, securities, or funds in bank accounts.
