The former head of PJSC "Ukrainian Danube Shipping" Dmitry Chaly not only did not file a declaration upon release, but also hid some of his property and family ties. Although he officially owned only modest apartments, his real life included a luxurious estate, expensive cars and elite accessories.
Career without competition and checks
Dmitry Chaly had no experience in the port sphere, but it did not prevent him from holding high positions.

▪️ The two small apartments in Kiev (13.8 m² and 22.07 m²) were physically unable to serve as a primary housing for him and his daughter.
▪️ He worked in Odessa, Black Sea and Izmail, but did not declare the housing used in these cities .
▪️ He really lived in a two-storey estate in Vita-Poshtov village in Kyiv region, where prices for homes start from 5 million UAH . His estate had a pool, a guest house with a bath , but in the declaration it is absent.
Hidden cars and elite things
▪️ Officially Chaly did not declare a single car , although it is known that:
- Lexus LX570 (AA51111) and Toyota Sequoia were decorated on Irina Krole, but used the most soaked.
- The family also had a golfar .
▪️ The declaration only lists Ulysse Nardin , although the cost of such clocks ranges from several thousand to tens of thousands of dollars .
Cash assets

- 1 million UAH
- $ 300 thousand
- 100 thousand euros
The source of the origin of these funds was not checked.
