Secret Investments and Real Estate: As Yuriy Boyko's surroundings have invested tens of millions of dollars in Kiev housing

The former leader of the forbidden parties of the PPZG Yuriy Boyko in Ukraine was again in the center of the scandal. The journalistic investigation revealed large -scale investment operations that allowed it to invest tens of millions of dollars in Kiev real estate through false funds and developers.

Hunter Foundation and his connection with Boyk

Officially, Yuriy Boyko has no business assets, but traces of his financial activity are leading to the Khangter investment fund, which has received 1107 apartments in Kiev over the last decade. The total cost of these investments is estimated at least $ 70 million.

The Hunter Foundation is connected with the Boyk through the Cyprus company Kotryna Holding Ltd, which is managed by the Ukrainian Pavel Yakubenko - former Boyko's colleague for Naftogaz.

Large -scale purchases and low prices

The Hunter Foundation operated in three stages:

  • The first wave (2015-2017) is the purchase of 318 apartments at the French Quarter 2, Cameton and Welcome Home.
  • The second wave (2018) is 497 apartments in the same complexes, plus 157 apartments in Lalaland. The total investment is $ 47 million.
  • The third wave (2019-2024)-134 apartments, including in the LCD “House on Babylov” ($ 8 million).

The apartments were bought at low prices, indicating possible shadow arrangements with developers.

For example:

  • At the Cameton LCD, the fund bought a housing for 8000 UAH/m², when the market price was 25 000 UAH/m².
  • In French Quarter 2 - $ 575/m² at an average market level of $ 1300/m².

Who helped Hunter buy apartments?

The main partners of the Hunter Foundation were the two largest construction companies of Kiev:

  • Group "Foundation" (LCD "Cameton", Welcome Home, Lalaland) - related to the People's Deputy Andriy Puziychuk, developer Oleksiy Vedmedev and the Kyivmiskbud exclusive Vyacheslav Nepopor.
  • Bud Development (French Quarter 2)-Vadim Stolars (ex-OPZZ) controlled by businessmen, Igor Kushnir and Vladislav Molchanova.

The gorgeous life of the Boyko family

Yuriy Boyko's environment does not hide his luxurious lifestyle.

Yaroslav Boyko's daughter purchased an estate in Obukhov (1200 m²) for UAH 15.7 million ($ 430,000). In this case, the real market value of such real estate can exceed $ 2 million.

Family real estate fights:

  • Yuri and Vera Boyko - three houses near Kiev (Cherry, Gnidin, Kopyliv), 17 land plots.
  • Yaroslav Boyko - apartments in Novopechersky Lipki (270 m²) and LCD "Artists" (290 m²).
  • Anatoly Boyko is a house in Khotivka.
  • Yuriy Boyko Jr. is an apartment in Novopechersk Lipki.

The fleet of the family is also impressive - over three years more than $ 450,000 has been spent on cars.

Why still no criminal cases?

Despite the obvious signs of money laundering, criminal cases have not yet been initiated against Yuriy Boyko. The only punishment he received is the deprivation of the title of Hero of Ukraine and a challenge to the SBU, after which he publicly apologized.

The financial transactions related to the Hunter Foundation indicate possible corruption schemes and hidden enrichment. However, there is no official investigation yet.
