On May 13, 2024, the Municipal Enterprise "Kyiv Metropoliten" announced a procurement procedure in the amount of 13.9 billion hryvnias for the construction of the section of the Syretsko-Pecherska metro line from the "Syrets" station to the "Prospekt Pravdy" station. The work should be completed by December 30, 2026.
Initially, the tender was scheduled for June 17 this year. According to the information, the victory in the auction was to be won by developer Maksym Shkil, representing the company "Autostrada", with an offer for a contract in the amount of almost 14 billion hryvnias. However, MISKBUD INVEST CONSTRUCTION AND TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE LLC filed official complaints with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, which led to a temporary suspension of trading.
On the official website of Prozorro, "MISKBUD INVEST" LLC "CONSTRUCTION AND TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE" filed a complaint in which it disagreed with the terms of the tender announced by the customer. The company believes that the customer's decision on procurement conditions violates the legislation of Ukraine on public procurement. They asked to make changes to the tender documentation to protect their rights, or, in the case of the impossibility of correcting the violations, to cancel the tender under the relevant clause of the law.
We will remind that the founder of the Autostrada company, Maksym Shkil, previously received a contract for the capital repair of the tunnel between the Demiivska - Lybidska metro stations without conducting the relevant tender procedures. Repair work has not been completed since December 8 last year.
