Anastasia Gelzina, who according to the declaration is the common-law wife of the Deputy Head of ARMA Stanislav Petrov, “lit up” an elite apartment in Vienna.
Users of the social network Facebook drew attention to the publications of Anastasia Gelzina, who, through Russian-language Facebook groups, has been renting out an apartment in the prestigious 19th district of Vienna since 2022.
“There is a wonderful apartment in the elite 19th district. No collateral and income documents. Apartment with furniture and a terrace. Large living room and one bedroom. 1,500 euros. More information in private messages” – this is the format of the ad posted by Anastasia Gelzina to find tenants.
It is worth paying special attention to the fact that Gelzina rented out the apartment "without income documents", that is, the tenants were most likely Russians, representatives of crime, or families of Ukrainian corrupt officials who, for obvious reasons, could not provide an income certificate.

It is also worth noting that after the start of hate on social networks, the common-law wife of a high-ranking ARMA official, Anastasia Gelzina, is trying to hide the fact that she owns undeclared luxury real estate and changed the name of her Facebook profile from “Anastasiia Gelzina” to “Nastya Kovtun.”

At the same time, the wife of a high-ranking ARMA official has posted a photo on her Instagram, which is still “Anastasiia Gelzina”, but already with a “closed account”.

As for the personality of the Deputy Chairman of ARMA, Stanislav Petrov, this is not the first time his family has been involved in a high-profile corruption scandal related to an attempt to hide millions stolen from the state budget.
We would like to remind you that Deputy Head of ARMA Petrov Stanislav Gennadiyovych is the brother of another well-known Ukrainian corrupt official – Petrov Oleksiy Gennadiyovych, who was only recently dismissed from his position as head of the State Enterprise “Spetstechnoexport” after a series of publications in the media about his family's undeclared multi-million dollar fortune.
