The state application “Army+” has taken an important step in the development of the military management system, opening a new transfer function for servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine. This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his evening address.
From now on, National Guard servicemen can transfer between units within the National Guard. This is only the first stage of a large-scale update. The President announced that in the future it is planned to add the possibility of transfers between units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and the National Guard, as well as integrate border units into the system.
“Today is a new step in our state application 'Army+': now transfers are possible for soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine... In the near future, more units of our border guards will be added to 'Army+',” Zelenskyy noted.
3,607 positive decisions have already been made . These changes are aimed at ensuring greater mobility, flexibility, and motivation for our defenders.
The launch of the new feature was made possible thanks to cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense. Zelenskyy thanked the team for the quick results:
“A concrete positive for the soldiers and an opportunity to give people greater motivation,” the President emphasized.
The Army+ functionality update is just one part of the large-scale changes currently being implemented in Ukraine’s military system. The integration of border guards will be the next step, allowing for a more consistent transfer structure for all units.
