The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved an updated list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. This list includes food products, medicines, hygiene products and other categories of goods that, as specified in Resolution No. 1243 of November 1, have special conditions of circulation due to the specifics of use and protection of consumer health.
According to the resolution, the list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return) is now as follows:
- Food products
- Medicines
- Personal hygiene products (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, eyelash or nail brushes, shaving brushes, personal hygiene brushes, manicure, pedicure tools and other similar products), cosmetic products and detergents without protective packaging that prevents free access to such products
- Goods cut or cut to size specified by the consumer
