Large-scale personnel purges have taken place in the capital - a number of high-ranking officials of the Kyiv City State Administration and heads of municipal enterprises have lost their positions. It seems that Kyiv is preparing for serious changes in the city administration system, and inspections in various departments have not yet been completed.
In particular, Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Petro Olenych, Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksiy Mushta, and Deputy Director of the Kyiv City State Administration Yuriy Leonov (will be officially dismissed from tomorrow) were dismissed. Kyiv City Council Deputy and Head of the Land Commission Mykhailo Terentyev wrote a letter of resignation from the position of Director of the Engineering Center.
Personnel reshuffles also affected utility companies:
- Igor Dolynsky , Director of the Kyiv Institute of Land Relations
- Volodymyr Shariy , director of the KP "Spetszhitlofond"
- Viktor Pogrebny , Director of the KP "Financial Company "Zhytloinvest"
- Valentyna Sviatina , Deputy Director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture
- Yuriy Bakhmat , general director of one of the city enterprises
- Oleksiy Lukash , First Deputy General Director of Kyivzelenbud
- Oleksandr Gora , Deputy Head of the Capital Investment Department of the Municipal Association
The reasons for the large-scale dismissals have not been officially commented on, but it is clear that a large-scale audit of the activities of officials and municipal enterprises is underway in Kyiv. Since the process is not yet complete, we can expect new dismissals and possible investigations into the efficiency of the work of the capital's managers.
