The State Bureau of Investigation reported the suspicion to the deputy head of the Lviv Regional Territorial Center for Recruiting and Social Support, Colonel Oleksandr Drapinsky. Law enforcement officers established that the military official did not declare real estate worth over 6 million hryvnias.
At the time of the revelation, Drapinsky was acting as the head of the regional CCC. According to the investigation, in his declaration for 2023–2024, he deliberately did not indicate a land plot in the Lviv district with an area of 0.025 hectares and a residential building with an area of 139 square meters. Formally, the objects belonged to the colonel's mother-in-law, but in fact the official himself and his family lived there.
The total value of the property exceeds 6 million hryvnias.
Oleksandr Drapinsky was suspected of declaring false information (Part 1, Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In addition, the SBI is investigating another episode - the possible concealment of a Mercedes car registered to the colonel's father. According to preliminary data, the vehicle was purchased in 2021, when Drapinsky served as the commander of a military unit. Its estimated cost is about $18,000. At the same time, the father's income does not confirm the possibility of legally purchasing such a car.
