The Uzhhorod court satisfied the prosecutor's office's claim and ordered Nikos Housing and Construction Company and the customer, Lyubov Gotra, to pay UAH 6.3 million in share contributions to the local budget, which should be used to develop the city's engineering, transport and social infrastructure.
These are two multi-storey residential complexes: Park Land on Tyvodara Legotskoho St. and Crystal on Mykoly Babyak St., 1B, put into operation in 2021–2022. Neither of them paid the share participation funds to the budget.
The area of the Park Land residential complex is over 8.5 thousand m², of which almost 6.5 thousand m² is residential, the rest is commercial. The cost of apartments ranges from 3 to 18 million UAH. The customer for the construction is Uzhgorod resident Lyubov Gotra. The case of returning 3.3 million UAH to the city was considered by the Uzhgorod City District Court.
The Crystal residential complex has an area of over 14.4 thousand m² and is one of the largest new buildings in the city. The customer is Nikos Housing and Construction Company, headed by Myroslav Peresolyak. The case of the recovery of UAH 3 million from the cooperative was considered by the Transcarpathian Economic Court.
The prosecutor's office reported that the amount of the fine includes inflation losses and interest for late payment. It is also noted that law enforcement officers went to court against seven Uzhhorod developers who did not pay their share contributions. In September 2025, a former official of the Uzhhorod City Council was suspected of fraud with share contributions.
