It was discovered near Kyiv that the seized estate, associated with the famous "watcher" of Klitschko's time - fugitive Denis Komarnytsky, has actually been transferred to the use of his relatives. This is a luxurious unfinished building in Kozyn with an area of over 3,000 square meters, located right on the riverbank.
According to law enforcement sources, Komarnytsky allegedly arranged through an intermediary — the former manager of fugitive minister Oleksandr Klymenko — to lift the arrest on this facility. He was supposed to pay $2.65 million for the "service."
Soon, the court did indeed cancel the seizure and transfer of assets to ARMA. After that, the estate and land plots were re-registered to Komarnytsky's father-in-law, Yuri Bulgakov.
In 2024, five neighboring plots were subleased by River Pro LLC, also owned by Bulgakov. Its director was Yuriy Dashkov, Komarnytsky's house manager and driver. These were the plots that were not seized during the investigation.
Dashkov appears in a series of wiretaps released by the NABU and the SAPO as part of the "Clean City" case, which concerns corruption schemes in the Kyiv government.
Thus, even after arrests and investigations, the assets of one of the most influential businessmen of the Kyiv "shadow government" continue to remain under the control of his entourage.
