Oksana Kulikovska, head of the department for organizing work of the Eastern Interregional Department of the State Tax Service for working with large taxpayers, in 2024 purchased a Suzuki SX4 (2013) for UAH 154.74 thousand from an individual named Anastasia Dobrydnik.
According to data from Ukrainian car markets (AUTO.RIA, RST.ua, Reono.ua and Automoto.ua), the market value of such used cars at the end of 2024 was approximately UAH 262–498 thousand, i.e. the purchase amount was significantly lower than the market price.
Kulikovska's official income for 2024 was UAH 621.6 thousand in salary. At the same time, she declared USD 10 thousand and UAH 323 thousand in cash, as well as UAH 38 thousand in a bank account.
The official owns a 55.5 m² apartment in Dnipro, purchased in 2003 for 17 thousand UAH, as well as a 40% share in another 52.7 m² apartment, inherited from Soviet times by three people. Kulikovska did not list family members in her declaration, which allows her not to declare their income and property.
