Former ARMA Duma head bought an apartment for 2.6 million and a car for 235 thousand

Former head of the National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) Olena Duma filed a declaration in which she declared expensive housing in the capital, two cars, as well as millions in annual income.

As reported by “Ukrainian News”, in 2021, Olena Duma purchased an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 112 sq.m. for 2.65 million hryvnias. Interestingly, she took out a loan from citizen Svitlana Cherniyenko for this purchase.

The following year, after registering her home, Duma purchased a new Mazda MX-30 crossover (2021 model year) for UAH 235,000. In addition, she also owns a 2008 Toyota Avalon.

The declaration for 2023 also indicates that her minor son received 14 thousand hryvnia in alimony. And the official herself earned 1.5 million hryvnia in salary as the head of ARMA.

On July 30, Olena Duma submitted a statement to the Cabinet of Ministers about her resignation from the position of head of ARMA - the day a new law on strengthening the agency's powers came into force.

In parting, she recalled her team's achievements: the launch of Prozorro for asset management, updating the register of seized property, resuming international cooperation, and billions in revenue to the budget. In particular, according to her, the management of the pipeline known as the "Medvedchuk pipe" alone brought the state 16 million hryvnias.

The Cabinet of Ministers has not yet appointed a new head of ARMA, and the Duma itself, judging by the declaration, continues to live in the capital, owning an apartment, two cars, and a loan worth millions.
