As a reminder, Dmytro Bilotserkovets recently resigned from his position as head of the UDAR faction in the Kyiv City Council due to a conflict with Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Another prominent functionary of Klitschko's team, Valentyn Mondriyevsky, also lost his influence due to the investigation by law enforcement agencies of corruption cases involving his participation.
