The wife of Roman Isak, deputy head of the Regional Service Center of the State Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions, after the start of the full-scale war, turned from an ordinary housewife into a successful businesswoman who declares millions in income. Despite her husband's modest salary, the family has luxury real estate, a fleet of trucks and credit transactions worth hundreds of thousands of hryvnias.
The official lives with his family in the village of Mynay, Uzhhorod district, Zakarpattia region. The declaration lists his wife Oksana Vasylivna (nee Hryhoryk) and two children — daughter Sofia and son Roman.
Isak's family has access to several real estate properties, but Roman himself does not own most of them:
-a plot (850 sq. m) in Minai, purchased on July 11, 2014. Owner — Halyna Metodiivna Hryhoryk
-a plot (150 sq. m) in Minai, purchased on November 17, 2014. Owner — Vasyl Ivanovich Hryhoryk
-a house (208 sq. m) in Minai, purchased on September 4, 2015. Owner — Halyna Hryhoryk again. The cost is not specified.
-an apartment (73 sq. m) in Uzhgorod, purchased on September 13, 2023 for 1.5 million hryvnias. The only object owned by Roman Isak personally.
The declaration includes six vehicles, and almost all of them belong to his wife Oksana:
Volvo FH (2015) - a truck purchased on September 13, 2022 for 1.87 million hryvnias
Kögel S24 (2016) - a trailer purchased on the same day for 838 thousand hryvnias
Volvo FH 42-T (2010) - a truck purchased on September 13, 2022 for 1.03 million hryvnias
Krone SD 27B (2013) - a trailer purchased on the same day for 464 thousand hryvnias
Volkswagen e-Golf (2018) - a passenger car purchased on December 19, 2024 for 550 thousand hryvnias
Audi A6 (2018) - a passenger car purchased on June 23, 2023. Owner - Vasyl Hryhoryk, Roman has the right to use it. The cost is not specified.
The fleet is impressive: four cargo units purchased by the wife at the same time in 2022 for almost 4.2 million UAH, plus two cars. Since May 2022, the woman has been registered as an individual entrepreneur with the field of activity “freight road transport” at the address of 41 Tupikova St. in the village of Mynai. By the way, this address is in the register of recipients of subsidies of the Ministry of Social Policy. Until 2022, the woman received only social assistance for children and was unemployed. At the same time, in 2024 she earned 3.4 million UAH.
The salary of Roman Isak, who previously worked in the Department of Economic Protection, was 509 thousand hryvnias. Income from the sale of movable property was 400 thousand hryvnias.
In October 2024, Isak paid UAH 400,000 twice to repay a loan from PrivatBank (agreement dated December 2, 2022). This loan is not listed in the liabilities section, which may indicate its full repayment or an error in the declaration.
Roman Isak's declaration shows a contrast: a modest salary of a civil servant and a powerful financial contribution from his wife, an entrepreneur. Her income explains the fleet of cars and the apartment, but questions arise about the origin of the funds for purchases in 2022 (4.2 million UAH), when income for 2024 amounted to 3.8 million UAH. Real estate in the name of relatives and discrepancies with loans add intrigue.
