On April 18, 2023, the son of People's Deputy Borys Prykhodko, Daniil Prykhodko, and businessman Oleksiy Bahriy crossed the state border of Ukraine through the “Grushiv” checkpoint. Both were registered as volunteers who were supposed to deliver humanitarian medical aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, only Prykhodko Jr. returned to Ukraine. Bahriy did not return abroad.
According to Stopcor investigators, Bagriy is associated with offshore companies Markeb Eurasian Group Limited and Markeb Overseas FZE, registered in the United Arab Emirates. He used a car registered to his mother to leave Ukraine.
The documents for departure were prepared by the NGO "Protection of Peasants", registered in Nosivka. Its head, Nataliya Suprun, is an assistant to Chernihiv Regional Council deputy Serhiy Baryshovets, an associate of Borys Prykhodko. It is worth noting that the NGO's office is registered in the building of the local district court.
Boris Prykhodko himself is a current MP who was previously a defendant in a criminal case involving the loss of Agrarian Fund funds. Although the case did not result in a conviction, his name was also mentioned in the conflicts surrounding the agricultural enterprise "Land and Freedom" and in the scandalous case against businessman Oleg Averyanov, the verdict in which was overturned in 2024.
The People's Deputy's declaration indicates numerous sources of income: profits from the sale of corporate rights, land lease, investments, etc. His sons — Daniil and Demyan Prykhodky — are co-owners of several agricultural businesses, including the Agrostar+ company.
The editorial office did not receive a response to inquiries from People's Deputy Prykhodko regarding his possible connections with Bagry or the situation with the border crossing.
