Tetyana Krupa, a defendant in criminal proceedings for illegal enrichment, has filed a new declaration that demonstrates the scale of her assets even against the backdrop of a law enforcement investigation.
According to the published data, Krupa and her family retain control over a significant property complex. The declaration lists 71 real estate properties, including three apartments, three garages, a warehouse with an area of over 1,300 square meters, 19 residential buildings, including an estate of almost 600 square meters, as well as 44 land plots.
Among the movable property are two Porsche Cayenne cars. The declaration also includes jewelry from famous brands, including Rolex and Dior, which are currently under arrest.
The family's financial assets also remain significant. They amount to millions of hryvnias, dollars, and euros, some of which were seized by law enforcement officers as part of the investigation. Despite this, the declaration still contains a significant amount of cash.
At the same time, Krupa continues to receive income. Among the sources are salary, pension payments, as well as income from property rental. The family's largest profits are brought in by the energy companies Khmelnytskyenergozbut and Solar-Invest. In 2025, they provided about 8.4 million hryvnias in income.
According to the investigation, during 2020–2024, Tetyana Krupa may have illegally enriched herself by approximately 160 million hryvnias. Law enforcement officers believe that part of these funds was legalized through real estate transactions.
Separately, the investigation is establishing the possible participation of family members in financial transactions. According to the investigation, after the funds were legalized, some of the assets could have been taken abroad and placed in bank accounts.
Despite the criminal proceedings and the seizure of some of the property, the new declaration shows that the family's financial situation remains stable, and key sources of income continue to bring in profits.
