Former Poltava rescuer and current Energoatom employee Roman Kyrylenko declared a gift from his son Nazar worth over 855,000 hryvnias, as well as the purchase of an apartment in Poltava. This fact is attracting additional attention because Nazar Kyrylenko is suspected of assaulting a person.
According to the declaration for 2024, Roman Kyrylenko became a co-owner of half of an apartment with an area of 81.1 m² in Poltava on August 15. The remaining shares belong to Nadiya Pavlenko and Victoria Kyrylenko. The cost of the apartment at the time of purchase is not indicated in the declaration. In addition, on July 28, 2024, he rented an apartment with an area of 48.1 m² in Kyiv from LLC "Invescor Yuei".
In Poltava district, Kyrylenko owns a 74.5 m² house (50% jointly with Olga Leshchenko) and four land plots of various sizes — from 99 m² to 30.4 thousand m², the last of which is intended for commercial agricultural production. Their estimated value ranges from 116 to 306 thousand UAH.
Among the vehicles used by the official is a 2021 Toyota Camry, registered to Lyubov Viktorivna Kyrylenko. He keeps $38,200 and 500,000 hryvnias in cash.
As for income, his salary at the State Emergency Service amounted to UAH 1.12 million, he received another UAH 270 thousand in one-time assistance from the State Emergency Service, UAH 270 thousand from Atomenergomash, and UAH 119 thousand in pension.
Roman Kyrylenko's declaration attracts public attention not only because of the gift from his son, but also because of the official's significant property acquisitions and financial assets.
