Lawyer Oleg Shram expressed his position on the issue of the distribution of land plots in Ukraine, stressing that the state should ensure the right of the military to receive a plot of land, and not sell it at an auction. According to him, land is one of the most valuable resources of the country, and in the conditions of war, selling land plots can be a dangerous and rash decision.
I think that if the law guarantees the right of the military to benefit from the free acquisition of land, then the state should ensure this, and not sell all the land it has and thereby deprive citizens of the opportunity to exercise this right, including veterans, participants in hostilities, ATO participants,
He emphasized that land is Ukraine's most valuable resource, and therefore it is reckless to sell it in wartime conditions.
Of course, you can sell everything, but then what? There was some industry, it is now in decline. And the land remains the only resource that we have, and thanks to which we can ensure the food security of at least our country. This is the basis from which you can start. To sell the land now, in my opinion, is a very wrong decision
Schram added that it is also wrong to grant permission for the sale of Ukrainian land to foreigners, therefore the KSU, which is considering the interpretation of certain norms of the constitution regarding land, should finally give answers to the questions put before it, including the issue of ownership agricultural land by foreign individuals and legal entities.
The state property fund is preparing the first 100,000 hectares for auction. The lands that will be put up for auction were previously used by the National Agrarian Academy. They, in turn, received the "national wealth" as an inheritance from the Soviet collective farms. All this time, the earth revolved in the gray schemes of NAAS, enriching officials and employees of the academy itself.
One of such state-owned enterprises of the National Academy of Sciences, which fell under the transfer to the State Property Fund, is "DG "Agrofirma" Nadiya". Despite the NAAS statement that Nadiya's land was never leased, it turned out that very recently almost all of their land was transferred to a private company for sunflower cultivation.
Also, "DG "Agrofirma" Nadiya" is known for the fact that, with the assistance of NABU, it is trying to take land plots from more than thousands of ATO members. The latter privatized land in the Sumy region, but Nadia believes that these lands belonged to them. There are currently no legal grounds to believe that the lands of the ATO people are related to the National Academy of Sciences - this is what the Supreme Court ruled.
However, NABU and SAP declared their readiness to interrogate the defenders of the country.
The confrontation between NABU, SAP and the Anti-Terrorism Service takes place within the framework of a criminal proceeding, in which ex-minister Mykola Solsky appears in particular. Prior to his positions in the civil service, he worked as a lawyer and, in particular, contributed to the acquisition of plots of land by ATO members.
