The administration of the Gulliver shopping and office complex reported the completion of all necessary work to ensure the restoration of the facility's full operation. According to representatives of the complex, the final stage of preparatory and technical measures is currently underway.
The message to tenants and visitors states that the full opening of Gulliver is scheduled for February 1. It is from this date that the complex should operate in its usual mode without restrictions for visitors and businesses.
We remind you that since the end of October 2025, the retail and office complex has been closed: the retail part and part of the office premises were not functioning. The gradual restoration of work began in December. From December 12, the first and minus one floors were opened for visitors, where most of the shops resumed work, and from December 15, the Silpo supermarket began operating again in the complex.
The administration notes that after the opening on February 1, Gulliver will operate in full format, and all services and spaces will be available to visitors and tenants.
