On February 22, 2026, the Odessa Hadzhibeysky District Court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for the director of the municipal enterprise. The court granted the investigation's request and applied the strictest measure provided for by law.
The head of the SMEP enterprise was arrested - SMEP , which is responsible for specialized installation and maintenance work in the city. At the time of the decision, the enterprise was headed by Petro Stoyanov , who continued to perform the duties of director.
