The head of the "Batkivshchyna" faction in the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, Ruslan Tereshko, is associated with the construction of one of the largest apart-hotels in the Bukovel resort - the NEBO complex. The project includes 600 rooms, a SPA complex, rooftop areas, retail space and parking. The construction is being implemented in the village of Polyanytsia on the first line of the ski resort, and its cost, according to developers, is at least $30 million.
Architectural design is carried out by the Architrav21 studio under the leadership of Nazar Chulup, known for his large-scale projects in the Carpathians.
Despite his active public involvement in the project, Ruslan Tereshko does not declare any expenses, shares or investments related to the NEBO hotel in his electronic tax returns. There is also no income data that could explain the source of funds for participation in a development of this scale. This raises reasonable suspicions about the possible use of undeclared assets, front persons or fictitious cover-up of the official's business interests.
Currently, the project does not mention any legal entity affiliated with Tereshko, but open sources confirm his direct involvement in the construction.
Experts note that in the context of martial law and declining trust in local authorities, such cases are more than a matter of declaration accuracy. They may indicate a potential corruption scheme that requires investigation by anti-corruption agencies.
