The head of the third shift of the Rava-Ruska customs post, Viktor Parkhomenko, owns or controls a number of business facilities and expensive property in Lviv, the value of which exceeds 1 million US dollars. This is evidenced by data obtained from open sources and the media .
According to available information, Parkhomenko controls the barbershop “KODEKC tvii barber” and the cafe “Pletivo”, located at: Lviv, Shchyretska St., 30. The establishments have been operating since at least October 2024. The volume of investments in this business, according to sources, is about 200 thousand dollars.
In addition to commercial activities, Parkhomenko and his family own a significant amount of real estate. The assets include:
– a house with a land plot in the village of Verkhnia Rozhanka;
– a mansion in the village of Navaria;
– two apartments in Lviv;
– two non-residential premises;
– several parking spaces in underground parking lots.
The family uses a 2018 Audi Q7 SUV, which the declaration states was purchased for $16,000, while the real market value of a similar car is at least $45,000–50,000. Such an understatement of value may indicate manipulation of income declaration or an opaque origin of funds.
The total value of property associated with the customs officer's family is estimated at over a million US dollars, which significantly exceeds the official income of the civil servant.
According to sources, Viktor Parkhomenko is the godfather of former high-ranking official of Lviv Customs Nazariy Vorozhbyt, who was part of the circle of influence of the late Vasyl Pisny, former head of the State Bureau of Investigation and father of Vorozhbyt's wife. It is these connections, according to experts, that could have ensured Parkhomenko a stable tenure and created conditions for doing business under the cover of civil service.
