The head of the Dergachiv city military administration, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, declared significant assets for 2024, including large land plots, an elite car, and millions in cash. The data was published in the Unified State Register of Declarations.
According to the declaration, Zadorenko owns land plots in Dergachy with a total area of over 70 thousand square meters. The cost of individual plots in the documents ranges from several hundred to several thousand hryvnias. The largest of them — over 7.5 thousand m² — is estimated at a little more than 5.5 thousand hryvnias. His wife, Karina Zadorenko, owns even larger areas of land — over 200 thousand m², with a total value of about 90 thousand hryvnias.
In April 2024, Zadorenko purchased a 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 SUV, which belongs to the elite segment of cars.
The family's financial assets are also impressive. The head of the MBA keeps UAH 1.5 million and USD 130,000 in cash, as well as over UAH 160,000 in bank accounts. His wife declared UAH 7 million in cash and funds in national and foreign currency accounts.
In 2024, Zadorenko received over UAH 1.1 million in salary as head of the MBA. His wife earned over UAH 5.7 million from entrepreneurial activities and over UAH 340,000 more at a local hospital.
Despite their high income, the family also received social benefits as internally displaced persons: 18 thousand hryvnias for their son and additional amounts from the Social Security Administration.
The publication of the declaration caused a public outcry, given the modest official value of the land and the significant amounts of cash in the official's family.
