The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) has summoned the head of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) Ivan Rudohy to its premises to review the protocol on administrative offenses. The agency reported this on its official website.
In the event that the head of the KRAL does not arrive at the summons, the NACP intends to draw up a protocol on an administrative offense based on the available materials with a note of refusal to sign.
Specific violations recorded in the protocol include failure to report a real conflict of interest and taking actions or making decisions in conditions of a real conflict of interest, which are provided for in Parts 1 and 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (COA).
In case of ignoring the invitation, the head of KRAL Rudy is notified of the need to appear at the NACP on January 3, 2024 from 10:00 to 15:00 to review the minutes.
