The head of the Odessa district administration, Oleksandr Grinchak, declared the lease of an apartment in Odessa with an area of almost 97 square meters in 2024. This is evidenced by his declaration published by the National Agency for Corruption Prevention.
The declaration also included already known real estate: an apartment of 70.2 sq. m in Kyiv (25% owned by Grinchak), as well as a house of 221 sq. m and a land plot of 5.28 acres — both in the use of his wife Lyudmila Grinchak, who is their owner.
Oleksandr Grinchak continues to use three cars at once: a Toyota Camry (2023 model year), a Lexus LX 570 (2021 model year), and a Toyota FJ Cruiser (2014 model year). All of them belong to Vadym Grinchak, probably the official's brother.
The wife's car fleet also remained unchanged - a Porsche Cayenne (2023 model year). In addition, Tetyana Grinchak remains a co-owner of the Promdorresurs company.
The family's financial performance has changed. In 2024, Tetyana Grinchak's income from entrepreneurship fell threefold — from 1.388 million to 415.6 thousand UAH. Oleksandr Grinchak himself no longer received a salary from Energoatom, but earned 1.339 million UAH in the Odessa Regional State Administration, which exceeds the combined salary at two places of work in 2023. He also declared a pension — 277.9 thousand UAH.
Grinchak's cash assets have decreased: instead of UAH 1 million, he now has UAH 500,000, but USD 25,000 has appeared. His wife has the same USD 10,000 in cash.
The official has UAH 82.5 thousand in his bank accounts, and his wife has UAH 217.9 thousand.
