According to the international detective agency Absolution, the head of the preventive activities department of the National Police, Maksym Akhrameyev, allegedly instructs his subordinates to collect money from the SZCH and evaders whom police officers, together with the CCK, find on the streets.
According to sources, it costs from 5 to 10 thousand hryvnias to fire one person, depending on the region. Part of these funds is then collected by the heads of preventive activities departments in the regions and centrally transferred to the department. If the region does not receive a "return" of the collection, employees can be removed from their positions.
It is also noted that regions that "bring more money" receive gasoline and new cars, while those that do not meet the plan are forced to refuel their cars at their own expense. In small areas, for example, groups are given only 20 liters of fuel per month due to non-fulfillment of indicators.
According to sources, there have been recent cases where bandits have been roaming the city together with the police, which raises reasonable suspicions of the existence of such a scheme.
Maksym Akhrameyev has been working in the police since 2015. He started as a patrol inspector in Kyiv, then headed the patrol police department in Mykolaiv, and since 2017 he has been an assistant to the chief of the Main Police Department in Mykolaiv region and deputy chief. Later, he held the position of acting deputy chief of police of Poltava region.
