The anti-fraud project "190" revealed that the judge of the Commercial Court of Kyiv, Artem Selivon, and his family own significant property, which is not always declared. The judge and his wife, Yulia Selivon, own apartments, garages, and land plots in Kyiv and the region, as well as properties abroad, including an apartment in Cyprus.
Last year, Artem Selivon received one and a half million hryvnias in judicial salary, and Yulia Selivon earned almost 1.7 million hryvnias in Germany and a pension of 35 thousand hryvnias. The judge regularly receives gifts from his father, including a garage in Kyiv and money with which he purchased a luxury foreign car MERCEDES-BENZ GL 63 AMG, 2013 model. The real market value of the car significantly exceeds that indicated in the documents.
The Selivoni family uses state-owned dachas in the Koncha-Zaspa Recreation Center, registered in the name of the judge's father and wife. However, the judge did not declare the costs of reconstruction and maintenance of these facilities.
The Selivoni family's ties to former high-ranking and top officials from the Yanukovych era, including Inna Yemelyanova and former judge Artur Yemelyanov, raise questions about the morality and transparency of the use of state property. There have also been numerous cases of money laundering through charitable foundations and shell companies.
Judge Selivon's cousins – Yuriy Kulinich and Anatoliy Selivon – also work in the judiciary and have close ties to former judges and officials.
Journalists emphasize that the judge's wife has been living and working in Germany since 2022, but the judge does not declare her foreign real estate and income, and does not reflect expenses for the use of state-owned dachas and cars provided by relatives.
