The former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission, Tetyana Krupa, submitted a declaration for 2024 only on January 18, 2026. She was supposed to submit the document in the spring of 2025, but at that time she was in custody in the Kyiv pre-trial detention center. Later, her preventive measure was changed.
According to the declaration, the Krupa family has added a new 2024 Porsche Cayenne worth UAH 6.78 million to their fleet, which is registered to Tetyana Krupa's husband. The family previously owned a 2019 Porsche Cayenne.
The couple's income for 2024 is also impressive. Tetyana Krupa declared over 2 million UAH, and her husband Volodymyr - over 5.2 million UAH. The bank accounts hold significant amounts: almost 3.9 million UAH, 230 thousand dollars, over 52 thousand euros and 3.4 thousand Polish zlotys.
The declaration also lists jewelry and cash that law enforcement officers had previously seized during searches. Among them are Dior earrings worth over UAH 700,000, a Rolex women's watch worth about UAH 405,000, as well as $93,000 and €2,000 in cash.
As a reminder, in October 2024, Krupa was found with $6 million at home and at her workplace. The official also kept $100,000 and forged documents to register a fictitious disability for the leadership of the Khmelnytskyi Region Prosecutor's Office, which led to illegal payments from the budget of over UAH 54 million.
Tetyana Krupa was placed in pre-trial detention. Over the course of 11 months, her bail was reduced seven times, and on September 4, 2025, she was allowed to leave on a 20 million UAH bond.
It is worth noting that Polish law enforcement officers have opened a criminal case against Krupa for money laundering. According to the investigation, she and her family members systematically exported cash to Poland from May 29, 2022 to October 17, 2024: over $2.9 million and €476,000, even after suspicions were raised.
