Host Katya Osadcha shared her rules for peace and harmony

TV presenter Katya Osadcha shared her own ways to overcome stress and maintain inner peace on social media. She talked about the habits that have become her personal rituals and help her not to lose harmony even on the most stressful days.

The star admitted that she once considered coffee her main source of energy, but now her views have changed - the drink has remained only as a pleasant habit, and instead Osadcha prefers plain water.

“Don't rush into a reaction. Especially when the situation is tense. Breathe in, breathe out — and it's better to come back to it the next day,” she shared her rule that helps avoid emotional decisions.

Another important discovery of the presenter is the ability to truly listen. “The secret is simple — you just need to hear,” wrote Katya, emphasizing the power of mindfulness in communication.

Swimming holds a special place in her life - it is during classes in the pool that new ideas come to her. Osadcha says that the silence helps her hear her own thoughts and find inspiration.

Unexpectedly, cleaning has also become therapeutic for her. “Sometimes tidying up your closet is the first step to tidying up your mind,” the TV presenter admits. She believes that a physical space free from chaos promotes mental clarity.

Separately, Katya emphasized the importance of rest without guilt. She learns to accept her own imperfection and allows herself to stop to regain strength: "This point is still on the way to becoming a habit. And this is also normal."

Osadchaya concluded that life is not about perfect habits. Sometimes, all it takes is a breath, a drink of water, and a postponement of decisions until tomorrow to find inner balance.
