TV presenter Volodymyr Ostapchuk's wife, blogger Kateryna, shared with her followers an unpleasant experience visiting a beauty salon. According to her, a simple visit to wash her hair ended in a scandal and a ruined day.
On her Instagram, Kateryna emotionally described the situation:
“ I came to wash my hair, and I feel like I was shitting myself ,” she wrote.
The cause of the outrage was the hairdresser's unsolicited comments. First, the hairdresser noticed that the client's hair was dry, and then suggested that she trim the ends.
Ostapchuk's reaction was sharp:
" I asked you for advice? — "Well, I'm a master." — "And I'm a nutritionist and I advise you to lose weight. Are you okay?" "
Kateryna emphasized that such behavior of specialists is a manifestation of unprofessionalism:
" Masters, please, it's a cruel collective farm to do this. Such advice can only be given in two cases: they were asked or they signed up for a consultation with you regarding the condition of their hair ."
As a result, the host's wife advised service workers to refrain from unnecessary comments unless the client asked for advice.
