A public scandal has erupted again in the biography of presenter Volodymyr Ostapchuk - this time due to a dispute on his wife Kateryna's Telegram channel. She criticized women who deliberately build relationships with married men, after which a netizen named Olesya accused her of having an affair with Ostapchuk that allegedly began before his official divorce from Khrystyna Gornyak.
Olesya claims that the couple is celebrating their anniversary on October 4, the day the presenter filed for divorce from his ex. According to her, after meeting Kateryna, Ostapchuk flew to Vienna, where Gornyak was staying: the versions of the parties differ - Kateryna says about "a point in the relationship", while Gornyak stated that he tried to get her back.
Kateryna insists that her relationship with Volodymyr began in August 2022, and the divorce suit was filed in September. “When we met my husband, he was already living alone and had filed for divorce,” she said, effectively acknowledging the overlap in dates but emphasizing that the marriage existed only legally at that time.
