According to our sources, a session of the Kyiv City Council is scheduled to begin on October 9 at 10:00 a.m., where budget issues will be considered exclusively.

At the same time, according to the source, after the session, consultations will be held on changing the leadership of the commissions, the position of the secretary of the Kyiv City Council, and the redistribution of responsibilities of the deputy heads of the Kyiv City State Administration.

As the source notes, “ this situation suits the Office of the President, as a result of which the house arrest of the ex-secretary of the Kyiv City Council, Volodymyr Bondarenko, was lifted .”
