The President's office plans to recruit young people to assault brigades for financial compensation

The Office of the President of Ukraine is considering the possibility of introducing financial incentives to attract young people to assault brigades. According to sources, this decision is aimed at solving the critical shortage of reserves that are able to perform tasks in the most difficult conditions of the front.

According to a source in OP, the idea is based on the experience of Russia, which actively uses financial rewards to recruit fighters. In Ukraine, this mechanism is planned to be adapted to ensure the voluntary nature of recruitment. Young people will be offered decent material compensation for service in assault units, which perform critical tasks of breaking through the enemy's defenses.

"The General Staff urgently needs reserves capable of conducting active assault operations. There is a significant shortage of young, physically trained fighters on the front lines, who are ready to risk their lives for the sake of victory," the interlocutor noted.

The size of the payments has not yet been disclosed, but sources assume that it will be significantly higher than the average salary in Ukraine. It is also planned to introduce additional bonuses for participation in risky operations, performance of complex tasks and periods of stay at the front.
