In Zaporizhia, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, exposed and detained an official of the Military Law Enforcement Service (MLS), who illegally assisted conscripts in traveling abroad.
The attacker was detained while accepting a bribe of $4,000. For this money, he promised a local resident to prepare the necessary documents allowing him to leave Ukraine.
The detainee is the head of the security and patrol service group of the Military Police. He offered military conscripts the execution of documents confirming their unfitness for military service.
The official claimed that he had connections in the CCC and the Joint Venture in Zaporizhia, and for money promised to help with obtaining a certificate from the military medical commission (MMC) and a temporary certificate of conscription with a note of unfitness for service.
In addition, he provided detailed “consultations” on how best to leave the territory of Ukraine with forged documents.

Law enforcement officers exposed the attacker while he was being handed $4,000 from one of the “clients.”.
Investigative actions are currently underway to identify all individuals who may have been involved in this corruption scheme. The issue of notifying the detainee of suspicion and choosing a preventive measure is being resolved.
