Pastor Ivan Pendlyshak from Ternopil became the new owner of a luxurious two-story house in Bryukhovychy, near Lviv. The property, measuring almost 500 square meters, was gifted to him on June 4, 2025. The relevant information is contained in the State Register of Property Rights.
The estate is located on Shkilna Street in Bryukhovychi. This house was previously sold on OLX for $1.1 million. In addition to the building itself, Pendlyshak also received a 0.1 hectare plot of land as a gift, and another adjacent plot of almost 0.07 hectares was purchased on the same day under a purchase and sale agreement.
According to the description in the now-deleted ad, the house was built according to an individual project, has expensive African mahogany finishes. It has three rooms, a spacious kitchen-living room with panoramic windows, a three-car garage, a security house, a gazebo with a barbecue and a summer kitchen.
The house was sold fully furnished and with appliances. It also has a generator, an artesian well, a heating system with a double-circuit boiler, underfloor heating, and a fireplace.
In addition to the new property in Bryukhovychy, Pastor Ivan Pendlyshak owns two more houses, two apartments, and three land plots in Ternopil. He is the head of the international charitable foundation "New Hope", registered in Ternopil since 2010.
Ivan Pendlyshak is listed on the website of the Ternopil Church of Christ the Savior as its pastor. In previous years, he published Russian-language sermons and also called for donations for church activities to be sent to his personal account in Privatbank. In 2024, he distributed sermons of the Bethlehem Missionary Church, registered in the United States.
In his public speeches, Pendlyshak called for "be careful with statements about who is right in the war," without mentioning a specific aggressor.
