The President's Office demands a new war strategy from the General Staff: a focus on Europe and its own resources

In the context of geopolitical instability and a possible reduction in military support from the United States, the Office of the President has tasked the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with developing an updated concept of warfare.

According to our source, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi is to present proposals to President Volodymyr Zelenskyi that will allow military operations to continue in 2025, relying mainly on European support and domestic resources.

Ukraine is faced with the need to rethink its war strategy to adapt to new conditions. The General Staff’s task is to develop a concept that will preserve the country’s defense capabilities, even with reduced support from key partners. The new strategy will be crucial for the successful continuation of the fight for freedom in 2025.
