Denys Kutselepa, Head of the Department for Supervision of Law Compliance by the Bureau of Economic Security of the Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor's Office, published his income declaration for 2025.
According to the submitted data, during the year he received 820.5 thousand UAH of salary at the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and 503.3 thousand UAH at the Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor's Office after the transfer. The total amount of his income from his main place of work exceeded 1.3 million UAH.
The official's wife, Hanna Kutselepa, works in the Luhansk Oblast Pension Fund and received UAH 317,000 in salary. In addition, the declaration indicates social benefits, charitable assistance, cashback, and other minor income.
Separately, alimony for Bohdan Dlinny's son is indicated in the amount of UAH 162,000 per year.
The family's monetary assets amount to 6 thousand US dollars and 2 thousand euros in cash, which are declared as joint property of the spouses.
The declaration lists several real estate properties. Among them is an apartment with an area of 48.4 m², purchased in 1996, which is jointly owned with his parents and, presumably, other relatives.
Also declared is an apartment with an area of 64.8 m² (2007) in joint partial ownership with his wife and other persons.
In addition, two smaller apartments are listed - 35.8 m² in Kropyvnytskyi and 35 m² in Kharkiv, which are used for actual residence.
The official indicated in the declaration a 2010 Volkswagen Passat B6 car worth UAH 240,000. The right of use belongs to the declarant, while the owner of the vehicle is his mother.
Denys Kutselepa is officially registered in Seversko-Donetsk, Luhansk Oblast. He previously worked in the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office, and was later transferred to Kirovohrad Oblast, where he currently holds a senior position in the Department of Supervision of Law Enforcement by the BEB.
