Deputy Head of the State Emergency Service for Digital Development Roman Borisovich Primush indicated in his declaration that he has significant savings and several real estate properties in his family.
According to the document, Prymus has two apartments in the village of Chayky, Kyiv region - 93.7 m² (purchased in 2008) and 43.5 m² (purchased in 2023). In addition, the family rents a 76.9 m² building in Kyiv.
The official's wife, Nina Mykolayivna Primush, declared five land plots with a total area of over 86 thousand m² in the Khmelnytskyi region (acquired in the period 2012–2024) and a 49.2 m² apartment in Khmelnytskyi (2024). Among the vehicles listed in the declaration is a 2015 BMW X1, which belongs to her wife.
The family's financial indicators include cash and investments. Roman Prymus declared $20,000 in cash; his wife has UAH 80.6 thousand in cash. Bank accounts show UAH 30,000 and USD 4.6 thousand. The declaration also states that his wife invested in shares of companies, including Farmak and ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, with a total value of over UAH 26 thousand, and Prymus himself purchased government bonds for UAH 200 thousand.
As for income, the document indicates 1.47 million UAH of Primus' salary from the State Emergency Service. His wife's income amounted to about 181 thousand UAH - this is income from rental and entrepreneurial activities.
