The Russian army advances to the Oskil River

The situation in eastern Ukraine is becoming more tense every day as Russian troops continue their military operations in the direction of the Oskil River.

According to the latest reports published on the military resource Deep State, militants are advancing in the direction near Kupyansk, crossing large distances.

First, near Kupyansk, where they moved more than four kilometers west - from the village of Pischane. This is stated on the map of the military website Deep State.

There are about nine kilometers left from Pishchanye to the Oskil River, and there are no other settlements on the way.

Further south, Russian troops advanced near the village of Makiivka (in the Borovyi direction). According to Deep State, they brought two regiments into action and “achieved tactical success” in the defense zone of the 66th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The main result of this attack was the Russian Federation's entry onto the right bank of the Zherebets River.

“In the near future, the enemy will try to build on their success and gain a foothold on the western bank of the Zherebets River,” the telegram channel suggests.

Recall that the 3rd Assault Brigade announced the threat of an offensive towards Borova in mid-June. After that, a number of journalists criticized it.

Deep State believes that the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine underestimated the threat in the direction of Borovaya and did not provide additional artillery support to the units stationed there.
