Russian troops have resumed their advance into Ukraine's Sumy region, entering the village of Bessalovka, a Deep State source reports. The village is located near Tetkino, Kursk region, where Ukrainian troops conducted unsuccessful offensive operations last spring.
Bessalovka has repeatedly passed under the control of different parties: in July 2025, it was captured by Russian troops, and in August of the same year, Ukrainian forces recaptured the settlement. Currently, according to reports, the Russian army is again in this territory.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announces the actions of its units in the northern direction of the Sumy region and the capture of the village of Chervona Zarya.
In the Donetsk region, Russian troops are advancing near Konstantinovka and near the border of Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions near the village of Udachne, which indicates increased enemy activity on several fronts.
Ukrainian forces continue to monitor the situation and prepare for possible combat operations to hold strategically important positions.
