Commander of the Land Forces Oleksandr Pavlyuk spoke about the Russian Federation's plans to attack Kharkiv and Sumy.
“Our intelligence services say that the Russians do have a plan to capture Kharkiv or Sumy, but we don’t know how serious these plans are and whether they are capable of implementing them with the forces they have at their disposal,” the general said in an interview with The Times.
In particular, the offensive on Kharkiv could begin in the coming months during the expected Russian offensive.
Earlier, the representative of the GUR Skibitsky announced the Russian Federation's preparations for an offensive in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
