The Russian occupiers continue their offensive on the eastern front of Ukraine, strengthening their positions and trying to break through the defenses of Ukrainian forces in several directions. According to the DeepState , which tracks the situation on the front line, the enemy managed to occupy the settlement of Hirnyk in the Kurakhiv direction. In addition, the enemy's advance was recorded in Selidove, Bogoyavlenka, Novoukrainka, as well as near Shakhtarske and Novooleksiivka.
The situation is particularly difficult in the Selidove area. Soldiers of the 15th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine “Kara-Dag” report a large-scale offensive by Russian forces, which has been going on for almost a week. According to their information, the occupiers have established themselves in separate positions in the area and have thrown additional forces towards Vyshneve, trying to encircle Selidove.
Yesterday, Russian troops raised a red flag in the center of the village of Bogoyavlenka, located in the Vuhledarsky urban community of the Volnovakha district of the Donetsk region, symbolizing their consolidation in these territories. Photos and video footage from the Selydovo city council, which is already under the control of the invaders, also appeared.
According to Ukrainian military and local sources, in some areas that have fallen under Russian occupation, drone pilots have observed civilian deaths. In areas that are already under Russian control but have not been affected by active hostilities, bodies of civilians have been discovered.
