The SBU reports the detention of a former people's deputy from the "Party of Regions" while attempting to leave Ukraine.
This is about Vladislav Lukyanov.
He was detained at a checkpoint in the Odessa region. Lukyanov wanted to leave Ukraine on the grounds that he had reached the age of 60 for non-conscription.
However, he was not released because he is accused of collaborating with the Russian Federation. According to the investigation, after the seizure of part of the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of the Russian Federation, Lukyanov re-registered his Internet provider under Russian law and paid taxes to the Russian budget. And, as the SBU claims, he provided the FSB with access to equipment, "which made it possible to monitor the Internet activity of the local population.".
The deputy himself was in the territory controlled by Ukraine.
Also, the SBU claims, he publicly "justified the Russian aggression in Telegram channel chats.".
