According to information from the SBI, this man was identified in connection with suspicion of making deals with the purchase of clothing for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The name of a specific person is not specified in the official message, but a BBC Ukraine source, referring to law enforcement agencies, claims that this is Roman Hrynkevich. It is important to note that this man is the son of Lviv developer Ihor Hrynkevich, who himself was detained in December last year.
Representatives of the State Bureau of Investigation reported that they had uncovered the activities of a criminal organization that was carrying out fraudulent schemes in the procurement of clothing for the military. Preliminary searches and detentions were an integral part of this investigation.
One of the members of the organization has not yet been found, and the State Bureau of Investigation has called on citizens to report any information regarding his whereabouts. It is worth noting that he has not been officially recorded crossing the border.

As a result of the scandals, the Ministry of Defense decided to terminate agreements with companies related to the Hrynkevich family, which are considered to be one of the main suppliers. The businessman's son, Roman Hrynkevich, said that he was confident that his family's activities were carried out within the framework of current legislation. It is known that the son actually owns one of the companies that had contracts with the Ministry of Defense, while his father formally withdrew from ownership of the companies earlier.
