In Kryvyi Rih, a court punished local businessman Dmytro Borysovych Maznytsia, who organized the transfer of bribes to ensure successful passing of a practical driving test. This was reported by 368.media with reference to the verdict of the Metallurgical District Court, issued under Part 2 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The investigation established that Maznytsia acted in collusion with unidentified persons in the premises of the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 1248, which is located at 15 Strelnikova Street. He offered citizens “help” for 15 thousand hryvnias, promising to resolve the issue of passing the practical exam to obtain a category “B” driver’s license.
On February 18, 2025, Maznytsia offered his "service" to a citizen, and on February 25, he received money at the TSC office, after which he was detained by law enforcement officers.
During the trial, the defendant fully admitted his guilt, expressed remorse, and filed a motion for summary judgment without calling witnesses. The court found it inappropriate to examine uncontested evidence.
As a result, Maznytsia was found guilty and fined 42,500 hryvnias.
It is known that TSC No. 1248, where the funds were transferred, is headed by Oleksandr Viktorovych Eremenko.
