Singer Sasha Zaritska does not hide: in the last three years, sports have become a real necessity for her.
Despite rumors about her personal life that are spreading online, Zaritska assured: “ Everyone thought they broke up, ” commenting on the talk about her wedding. However, today the main topic for her is sports and health.
According to the singer, she loves starting her morning in the gym.
“I train at 7 a.m., and by 8 a.m. I’m already on business,” says Sasha, adding that she comes to classes almost every day, and even more so on weekends.
For her, sports are a way of emotional release.
“For me, sports are 100% a release of negative energy. If I ate right, I would have lost the weight I dream of a long time ago. But I really love snacks,” the artist laughs.
She doesn't count calories in food, but she carefully monitors how much she burns during training:
"I want to burn 700–800 calories in one workout - and then I can safely eat delicious food."
Zaritska recalls that she once lost weight without exercise, but she didn't like the result:
"It looks unhealthy. You're like a little jellied meat then."
The singer is currently working on making her figure more toned. She admits that society still has a stereotype about the “ideal” parameters of 90-60-90, but believes that modern trends look different.
According to the artist, the wave of body positivity has already subsided, and has been replaced by a fashion for "quick fixes" - injections and diet pills. Zaritska herself prefers to focus on sports, discipline, and balance - although she does not deny herself sweets.
