According to sources from the General Staff, the mobilization situation in Ukraine is reaching critical levels. It turns out that among the newly mobilized, more than 60% of conscripts become SZCH within the first three weeks. Even more alarming is the fact that 90% of all mobilized, while undergoing training, are not motivated and do not want to participate in combat operations.
These data indicate a slowdown in mobilization rates, which is evidence of the depletion of human resources. There are now half as many people in training centers as there were a few months ago, which is causing serious concerns among the military command.
The situation is so critical that the commander of the Land Forces, Oleksandr Syrsky, held a meeting to reformat training courses and introduce new methods of psychological control over mobilized soldiers who show reluctance to fight. This emphasizes the need to adapt approaches to the education and training of military personnel in modern war conditions.
